Phylips what you do here is pure devotion for music lover, that's true altruism!! And you contribue to spread the musical reality of Roger Roger and his close allies, 'secret' music hasn't been so much interesting to discover few decades after their release.
There's some genius talent in this great selection of library records I've never seen before!
This blog you made is just fantastic and passionated,
And I'm so thankfull for the collectors shared work of records by Roger.

Thanks Phylips!!

Yes, Roger Roger is an example for us all, he must had have a lot of energy and a lot of love and a lot of power to search new combinations and he was a smart guy I think, he received as first person in Europe the newest sheets containing jazz-music from the USA, rebuild it to his own and new compositions, really amazing....

P.S. I hope everyone who visit this place will send Paul or me links from records I couldn't find so far, it's my goal to have the most complete overview of all Roger Roger's works...for now i know I miss e.g. Thrilling from 1957 and some other very early RR's

Maybe someone will be happy to at least hear this extraordinary album.

It's one long link, so copy past the comment box as far as you can...
